Delete Account & Data — ThaiKorea

Provider: ZOON STUDIO

You can delete your ThaiKorea account and all your data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Option 2 — Request by email

Email zoonstudio.th@gmail.com with the email address you used to sign up. We will delete it within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email and display name)
• All learning progress (XP, level, lessons, saved words)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We retain no personal data after deletion (cloud-provider backups, if any, are automatically purged within 30 days).
